Our Rentals

Rental Times:

  • ​Full Day: 8am - 4:30pm
  • Half Day: 8am - Noon or 12:30 - 4:30pm.
    Times can be on the hour starting at 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am and noon.
  • Custer Peak Express: Rental times on the hour between 8am - 2pm.
  • Prices include helmet and first tank of gas.
  • We are open 7 days per week from 8 am to 5 pm May 15th through October 15th.
  • Off season call for appt: October 15th through December 15th.

UTV Rental policies:

  • IN-SEASON IS MAY 15 - OCTOBER 15
  • OFF-SEASON IS OCTOBER 15 - DECEMBER 15
  • ​The machines all have a roof and a half windshield.
  • All of our rentals are street legal and have trail permits.
  • All drivers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Helmets are required for everyone - both drivers and passengers.
  • Parents are welcome to take children on the UTV but need to provide their own car seat.
  • We are unable to offer accident or damage insurance. If you are concerned about insurance, please contact your insurance agent about coverage.
  • Guests are required to sign a waiver prior to ride and are responsible for any damages or injuries.

Payment & Cancellation:

  • A $50 nonrefundable deposit is taken at time of bookings over the phone (balance paid at check in).
  • If cancelled at anytime, the $50 is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs, 48 hours or less prior to rental, guest is responsible for full cost of the rental unless we are able to re-book.

UTV Rental Frequently asked questions

No, we do not require you to fill up the machine before returning.
Yes, South Dakota law states any child between 4-17 must wear a helmet while riding on an UTV. Age 4 and under must be in a car seat.
No, we provide all of the riders with proper helmets and that cost is included in the rental fee.
